MX3 Fitness Senior Trainer, Lee Askew.
A native of Birmingham, England, Lee uses his experience as a royal marine commando and hostile environment close protection officer to bring focus, intensity, and discipline to his sessions. His MX3 training focus is accelerated fitness through classic weight lifting techniques combined with functional movement to provide high intensity work outs. In addition to personal training, Lee is our Boot Camp leader as well as the principal trainer for our fight conditioning program that blends boxing, mixed martial arts, and self-defense techniques.
