Sammie teaches yoga with an emphasis on personal transformation and healing. After 10 years leading mission-driven startups, Sammie has personal experience with burnout and sees yoga as a powerful pathway toward restoring balance in the mind and body. Her classes focus on biomechanics while simultaneously weaving in yogic concepts that relate the practice to everyday life.
Noam took his first yoga class when he moved to San Francisco in 2008. It took a few tries until he caught the bug, but he came to find deep physical and mental benefits from slow, alignment-based flows. Having worked as a bodyworker since 2012, he decided to become a yoga teacher in order to to share that sense of wellbeing to a wider audience. He brings his experience as a massage therapist and a meditator into the classroom to help students cultivate a deeper relationship with both the body and the mind.
