Monthly Memberships

Monthly membership credits do not roll over to the next month and are not refundable. Your monthly membership credits reset every month on your initial start date. 

Personal Training 

MX3 will not issue a refund for sessions or services after those services have been provided. However, if you have remaining sessions on your account you will be eligible for a refund.

To avoid pricing abuse, MX3 Fitness will refund unused sessions at our current base price (currently $90 per session) or the effective purchase price (minus processing fees - usually 3% of purchase), whichever is lower. Any complimentary sessions provided within the last 12 months will be deducted from the number of sessions eligible for refund.
