Small Group Training at MX3 Fitness means no more than six people in a class, so you get the attention you deserve to get the best workout possible, using the best form possible. Our high-intensity classes are designed to build muscle and endurance, while also increasing agility, balance and overall body awareness - all in a fun, welcoming environment.
