What Is Flight Class?
Fight class is a high-intensity training session, mixing power, coordination and cardio. You'll learn basic Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and self defense techniques along with boxing foot work and punch combinations. Then, you'll put it all together for an amazing full-body workout.
Our fight classes are limited to four participants, so you will get plenty of personal attention, and have ample opportunity to practice your new moves.
Do I Need Equipment?
Your trainer will let you know the equipment you need to get started. Typically, it is just boxing hand wraps that can be purchased online or at our fitness studio.
