Workout On Your Own

You can now workout on your own  at our Castro location (monthly members can also user our Lower Haight location). 

Signing up for an on-your-own workout is easy:

Step 1: Create a account

Step 2: Purchase workout credits or sign up for a Monthly Membership

Step 3: Reserve a station from the calendar

Step 4: Show up on time ready to workout

Hours of operation:

     Monday-Friday 7am to 7pm
  Saturday and Sunday 7am to 6:30pm
     

What is an "On-Your-Own Workout?"

On-your-own workouts allow you to use our equipment in your own personal fitness station in our Castro gym (Monthly members can also reserve at our Lower Haight location). Each station includes a full squat rack, weight bench and full set of free weights. We also have a step elliptical, assault bike, water rower, leg press and more. See full equipment list.

Couples are welcome to share a single fitness station using just one credit. Each reservation is about an hour, but please make sure that equipment is re-racked before the next reservation begins.

For your workout:

You can arrive up to 5 minutes prior to the start of your workout. Feel free to use any cardio or shared equipment until your reservation start time. If you don't see a piece of equipment you need, just ask one of our trainers. 

If no staff is present, the studio will be locked when you arrive, you will see a green button in the "My Stuff" menu that will allow you to let yourself in (available 5 minutes prior to your reservation).
