Ten Week Intensive

Are you ready to put in the hard work to take your fitness to the next level?

Our Ten-week Intensive program is designed to help you get results quickly while developing fitness habits that can last a lifetime. You'll work with a Lead Trainer and a Health Coach to develop a personalized plan to fit your current fitness goals. We'll work with you one-on-one 5 days a week for ten weeks to get you there.

What’s included?

  • An Initial fitness assessment including a 3D body scan
  • Goal setting session with our Health Coach
  • A customized 10-week workout program
  • A customized 10-week food plan
  • Five training sessions each week with one of our MX3 Certified Personal Trainers
  • One Health Coaching session per week with our Certified Health Coach
  • Weekly or bi-weekly 3D body scan, weight measurement, skinfold measurements, optional progress photos, and body fat analysis
  • Quick daily online checkin
  • Online tracking of your workouts, measurements, and progress

What’s your commitment?

  • Five training sessions each week - one or two with your lead trainer, and 3-4 additional sessions with another trainer
  • At least 3 additional fitness assignments on your own each week
  • One Health Coaching session each week, either in person or over the phone
  • Careful adherence to your 10-week food plan
  • Simple daily goal tracking
