With over four decades of experience, Malik Seaborn has the knowledge and hands-on experience to help anyone reach their fitness goals. He is a certified personal trainer; body building specialist; corrective exercise specialist; strength and conditioning specialist; and nutritionist. While he has a background in powerlifting and cross training, Malik also has an invested interest in those recovering from injuries or looking to overcome mobility issues. His passion lies in creating personalized workout plans that motivate and inspire. He has an empathetic approach to those who have struggled to find the right fitness program that fits their lifestyle and works cooperatively to uncover the best path forward to reach attainable goals.
