MX3 Fitness bootcamps are held outdoors at Duboce Park in San Francisco. The bootcamps are an intense 45 minute workout that incorporates cardio, strength training, and agility training.
Our small group format packs a big punch!
Our bootcamp is limited to 10 attendees, so trainees get the attention they need to get a great workout. Make sure to let your coach know if you have any specific limitations so they can modify any exercises as necessary.

MX3 Fitness bootcamps are held outdoors, so make sure you dress for the weather. Typically, our bootcamps will be canceled in the case of rain, so make sure to check the schedule if there is any rain that morning.
The bootcamp takes place at Duboce Park in San Francisco. Meet at the west end of the park at the basketball coaurt. Mats and equipment are provided, but make sure to bring water.
