This unique class will give you the total body workout you’ve been searching for! This group fitness class utilizes kettlebells to focus on core stability and endurance, with cardio aspects suitable for all levels - from beginners to advanced. Using kettlebells on your own can often be intimidating, but in this class you will learn how to pick the right weight for you and how to properly generate the movement of the kettlebells and your own body to create fluid strength and endurance. Unique to this class is the incorporation of “animal flow” techniques, which mimic the certain measured movements of animals to emphasize balance and control.
