If bootcamps aren’t your thing or you simply like to mix things up, this 1-hour yoga practice is a great addition to your mind/body fitness routine. A predominantly active practice that focuses on the core body as more than a physical group of muscles, you’ll leave knowing you’ve given yourself the best jump start to sustain and manage whatever comes your way during the work day.
