This monthly series begins the first Monday of the month with all postures practiced in a chair. Each week, poses will incrementally progress towards being practiced on a yoga mat. Perfect for the brand new practitioner or anyone who prefers the option of a chair-based practice. Great benefits accompany this gentle and mindful approach. Feel free to join the class any week or follow the series from chair to mat - All levels welcome.
