In this class, Topher guides students through Asana practice by means of their own breath and what it can provide to them in the moment. Topher offers an eight-limbed yoga practice with principles that you can carry with you when dealing with the ups and downs of everyday life.

This class is offered to all who seek a strong yoga foundation to help build a well-rounded practice. A deeper sharing of yoga\'s benefits will be offered which may help to steady the mind and build greater access to peace, joy and happiness.
