View All Outdoor Bootcamp Yoga Group Strength Cardio Conditioning

This small-group boxing conditioning class for beginners will combine a focus on proper boxing technique and intense cardio/quickness training. We will help you develop your sense of rhythm and control while throwing a proper punch.  Classes are limited to no more than 5 people so you get the proper attention from the trainer.

The first portion of the class will be spent on the correct technique for wrapping your hands before putting on gloves. Staples for the class will include skipping rope, "pad time" with the instructor, and "bag time" with a variety of bags. You'll get a great workout and leave feeling like you learned some awesome boxing technique. All equipment, including hand wraps, is provided.
