Taking the same basic principles of the strengthening, grounding and centering postures from Hatha Flow 1, this class is designed to offer a more challenging sequence and a slightly faster pace. Hatha Flow 2 incorporates intermediate and advanced postures with fluid transitions in order to build overall comprehension of body mechanics and artistry of movement.
The sequence will vary from week to week depending on the focus of the class. Options are offered to accommodate various levels along with references to classic yoga philosophy to enhance the experience. Additional breathing exercises and deep relaxation help foster a richer understanding of the holistic benefits of yoga.
