Welcome to Hatha Flow 1! This class is open to all levels but gives particular guidance and direction for those who are brand new to yoga and would prefer a slightly more challenging practice than the traditional beginner class.

You will be guided in and out of the classic yoga poses with particular focus on breath and the transition between poses. A great beginner class for those who enjoy more movement and less holding of poses. Alignment and focus on the holistic benefits of a the poses will be included in the class experience.
