This small group class setting enables direct attention to each student, focusing on alignment, strength, and balance as it applies on and off the mat. Youll creatively flow into a challenging yet grounding sequence. The class will close with a deep relaxation and breathing exercises to experience the subtle yet powerful benefits of yoga.
Hatha Flow 1 is primarily influenced by the teachings of Integral Yoga, Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow. The intention is to establish a clear, strong and safe practice that builds confidence and beneficial mind/body skills.
