Upcoming Hatha Yoga Restorative

View All Outdoor Bootcamp Yoga Group Strength Cardio Conditioning

Have a little too much pitta in your practice? Come and study some techniques on how to embody more of the “Tha”(moon) rather then the “Ha”(sun). Within this practice we will still focus on both sides of the breath so there is awareness of what supports us, gives length, growth and openness. Each pose we will be holding will be supported with props for over 2-3 minutes and the intentions around our practice will be how to feel supported, relax and settle into a pose. Yoga is a breath work practice and Topher spends the time to develop proper pranayama habits, explain the 8 limbs of yoga and how to incorporate them not only into a what we to on the mat but what we do off the mat.

This practice, like any Topher teaches, requires no experience but the willingness to learn a method that is non-harmful, slow, supportive and gentle on the self. One of many reasons why we practice yoga is to help our bodies, minds, and heart find peace, why not be kind and compassionate to yourself on this path of joy and happiness?
