In this class, students learn the foundational poses of yoga in a format that emphasizes healthy alignment, resulting in better personal balance and body awareness. Props are used to facilitate specific openings, and sequences are carefully designed so each pose prepares for the next in a balanced class. Adjustments and alternatives for injuries will be offered and students new to yoga are welcome to attend.
